
Creamy avocado salad dressing is something every weight watcher should try. Avocado is a superfood, loaded with nutrients that are not commonly found in other fruits. For example, it is very rich in fiber and potassium. It contains heart-healthy fats and protein. Thus even if you are on a weight loss diet, avocado is something you may want to include in your meal plans, either as a side, or a dressing for your salad.
Below is the recipe for creamy Avocado salad dressing.
Ingrédients:
1 whole ribe avocado 3 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice 1/4 tablespoon salt
I clove garlic (peeled) 1/4 tablespoon black Pepper
Directions
Put the peeled garlic, and black Pepper in a blender (food processor) and grind. When it’s smooth, add chopped ripe avocado, lemon juice, olive oïl and salt and continue to grind until smooth. Add a bit of water to bring it to desired consistency and Voila!
